William Gomez

William Gomez has worked in the IT industry since 2005. William began their career at Unisys, where they held several roles, including Service Managment Director, Workspace project Director, End User Serivices Director LAC, and Service Director Spanish Speaking Region. In this latter role, they were responsible for the entire service operation for Spanish-speaking countries, and was responsible for financial performance, growth, and customer and employee satisfaction. William temporarily resided in Mexico and Argentina during this period. In 2020, William Gomez joined Global Smart Business as Director Ejecutivo.

William Gomez obtained their MBA from Universidad EAFIT between 2000 and 2003 in Maestria XXVI. William also obtained their Ingeniero Electronico degree from Universidad de Antioquia between 1981 and 1987 in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica. Additionally, they have an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from CTT.
