Oscar Miranda Miranda serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Effectio Energy Services since November 2016, specializing in Smart Grid and Smart City consulting services, along with expertise in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Additionally, Oscar holds the position of Vice Chairman at the Global Smart Grid Federation and President of the LATAM Smart Community Alliance since August 2016, promoting smart electrical grid technologies in Latin America. Oscar also presides over Smart Grid de México and has held key roles at Huawei Technologies as CTO for the LATAM Energy Sector and at Comisión Federal de Electricidad, where significant responsibilities included overseeing IT services and cybersecurity.
