Julien Marcilly is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in financial and economic advisory roles. Since August 2021, Julien serves as Chief Economist at Global Sovereign Advisory. Prior to this, Julien held various positions at Coface, including Chief Economist and Head of Country Risk, from September 2012 to July 2021. Julien's earlier experience includes roles as Emerging Markets Economist at ARTIO GLOBAL and Economist positions at Amundi, BNP Paribas, and Banque de France. Julien's academic credentials include a PhD in Financial Economics and a Master's in International Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, as well as a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School.
