Rachel Besenyei is an experienced professional in digital communications and business development currently serving as Europe Digital Manager and Europe Digital Hub Lead at the Global Strategic Communications Council since March 2021. Previously, Rachel was the Head of Business Growth & Social at BrandContent and worked as a consultant for non-profits, small businesses, and start-ups, focusing on business strategy and social media training. Rachel's achievements include being recognized as a PR Week 30 under 30 Newcomer in 2020 and gaining recognition for a viral campaign with 38 Degrees during tenure at 89up. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
