Faye Rucker

Faye Rucker has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Faye started their career in 2005 as a Real Estate Sales and Training Supervisor at Market Horizon Realty. Faye then moved on to Unified Real Estate, where they worked as a Designated Broker/Owner. In 2012, they joined Green Street Realty Inc as a Short Sale Transaction Manager/Associate Broker.

Faye's career progressed as they joined American Residential Properties, Inc. in 2014 as the VP of Leasing/Designated Broker. Here, they revitalized leasing operations for approximately 9,000 single-family homes across 13 states. Faye also focused on improving outcomes and communication across departments to enhance efficiency, occupancy rates, and revenue gains.

In 2017, Faye joined Streetlane Homes as the VP of Revenue Management. Faye directed the operational and financial performance of the company, implementing cost-effective procedures to maximize yields and increase asset revenue. Faye also supported the acquisition team and maintained high occupancy levels.

Faye continued their career growth at Sylvan Road Capital LLC, starting in 2020 as the VP of Leasing & Marketing, and later being promoted to Senior Vice President of Resident Services. In these roles, they led the build-out of the resident services organization and developed ambitious marketing strategies to promote quick lease-ups and elevate the company's image.

Currently, Faye is working as the Vice President of Global Operations at Global Strategic Business Process Solutions. Their responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, and identifying new business opportunities for growth.

Throughout their career, Faye has demonstrated strong leadership skills, people management capabilities, and a focus on achieving business goals. Their experience spans various aspects of the real estate industry, including leasing, marketing, revenue management, and operations.

Faye Rucker is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to that, they attended the Canyon State Institute in Phoenix and studied Project Management. Faye Rucker also holds various real estate broker certifications from different states, including North Carolina, Utah, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona.
