Global Support and Development (GSD) is a humanitarian nonprofit organization whose vision is to ensure that every community is able to recover from disaster. We do this by working with communities to strengthen their disaster preparedness efforts, and, in the event of a disaster, we coordinate with in-country partners to jumpstart the recovery process through rapid response support.

The Maritime Operations team at Global Support and Development is responsible for coordinating and executing maritime logistics during disaster response efforts. This includes managing the deployment of resources and personnel via sea, establishing partnerships for efficient maritime transportation, and ensuring seamless communication between maritime and aviation operations to facilitate rapid recovery in affected communities.
