Kim Oliver Blümm

Kim Oliver Blümm has extensive work experience in finance and HR roles. From December 2019 to the present, they have been working as the Head of Finance & HR at Global Switch FM GmbH. They also served as a Managing Director at Interim from November 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, from October 2014 to November 2019, they worked as a Finance Director at Interxion Germany GmbH. They held various roles in the company, including Finance Manager from January 2003 to September 2014, Team Leader for Accounting from July 2001 to December 2002, and Accountant from October 2000 to June 2001. Before joining Interxion Germany GmbH, they worked at Evangelischer Regionalverband, where they held positions such as Team Leader in the personnel and legal department from December 1999 to August 2000, Deputy Team Leader in the finance and accounting department from May 1995 to November 1999, and Caseworker in the finance, treasurer, and accounting department from May 1993 to April 1995.

Kim Oliver Blümm started their education with an intermediate school-leaving certificate in Frankfurt am Main. They then went on to pursue an Office Clerk degree at REWE Handelsgesellschaft oHG in Bad Homburg, Germany from 1985 to 1987. Later, they received additional training as an IT Coordinator at the Evangelischer Regionalverband in Frankfurt am Main in 1995. In 1992-1993, Kim completed alternative civilian service at Evangelischer Dornbuschgemeinde in Frankfurt am Main. They also obtained a degree as an Industrial clerk at Licon Glas GmbH in Frankfurt am Main from 1990 to 1992. After that, Kim obtained a Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college degree) with a focus on economics and administration from the Advanced technical college in Frankfurt am Main in 1999-2000.
