About the role

We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to support the Global Synthetics WA team by delivering WOW service and increased sales.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, a growth mindset and understanding attitude towards both customers and co-workers.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver WOW service via phone & email. Your determination and strong communication and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure return of business.

Responsibilities

• Answering all Global Synthetics incoming calls
• Outbound quote follow-up
• Quote creation & order entry
• Portal Management
• Extensive knowledge of key products preferable
• Generate quality leads for the BDMs
• Assisting with general administration
