Jane Fernandez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and career advancement consulting, specializing in the Life Science and IT sectors. Currently serving at Global Talent Innovation, LLC since January 2015, Jane focuses on simplifying the recruitment process for Hiring Managers and candidates. In addition, Jane holds the position of Recruitment Manager at Global Talent Solutions since February 2016, with a specialty in recruitment for various Life Science roles. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Bridgepointe Partners from August 2008 to January 2015, overseeing full cycle recruitment across multiple industries including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Automotive.
