With a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, Endravid held several key positions at Belt Road Capital Management as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, managing significant staffing projects across multiple companies including Prince Holding Group. Previous experience includes directing talent acquisition teams at Chip Mong Group and overseeing new business HR operations, particularly in the food and beverages sector. Endravid began the career journey at RMA Group, progressing through various HR roles, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from BELTEI International University.
