Swit K. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2015, they worked at Playlab Games as an Assistant Producer and later transitioned to the role of Producer. In 2016, they joined Sinoze Co., Ltd. as an Associate Producer and COO assistant as part of Cloud Colour consultancy service. They then worked at Cedsom as a Sales Advisor from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also joined Cloud Colour Games as an Associate Producer and Business Development role. In 2018, they joined RingZero Game Studio Co., Ltd. as a Business Development Executive. In 2019, they had the opportunity to work as a Senior Business Development Manager at OYO and as a Business Development Consultant at Merit, Inc. In 2020, they joined G.Round and GTR Accelerator as a Key Account Manager. Currently, Swit K. holds the role of Business Development Consultant at Global Top Round starting from October 2022.

Swit K. completed a Master's degree in Management & Game Art from Rubika between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, Swit K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Art Direction from NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, which was completed between 2007 and 2011. In addition to these academic qualifications, Swit K. also obtained a certification in Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis from LinkedIn in November 2019.
