Judy Baker

Judy Baker is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Owner of Global Visions, Inc. since 1994, where the focus is on providing a wide range of consulting services, including training in management skills, diversity, and recruitment. In addition, Judy has held the position of HR Director at Ethos since 1994 and worked as an HR consultant at Fulfillment Plus from 1996 to 1999. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Affirmative Action at DUA from 1990 to 1992. Educational qualifications include an MS in Community Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, an MA in Chinese Studies from Soochow University, and a BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
