Raul Gonzalez

Raul Gonzalez has worked in the business systems analyst field since 2006. Raul began their career at Washington Mutual Bank as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for defining requirements for a new mortgage product and interviewing Subject Matter Experts to identify necessary requirements. In 2007, they worked as a Genius at Apple and as a Senior Business System Analyst at Superior Access Insurance Services, Inc., where they designed functional business processes, custom software requirements and quality control. In 2008, Raul worked as a Business System Analyst at both Wachovia Dealer Services and Hyundai Motor America, where they gathered business requirements and impacts for projects, created Project Plans and provided the Funding department with a new Web Based system for quality assurance. From 2009-2017, Raul worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Wells Fargo Dealer Services, Ralis Services and Global Wave Group, where they developed relationships with existing clients to help develop additional functionality, worked with new clients to help during discovery/implementation, developed business requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications, and was responsible for training, grooming and coaching Business Analysts.

Raul Gonzalez attended Fullerton College from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Studies. Raul then attended California State University, Fullerton from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
