Anabel Poblete

Anabel Poblete is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in labor laws and compliance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Global Widget since June 2019, Anabel previously worked at Thompson & Co. of Tampa Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist for over 16 years, where responsibilities included managing labor laws, compliance, and employee relations. Anabel's career also includes roles in student services and customer service, having served as a Senior Student Accounts Officer and Director of Student Services at Florida Metropolitan University, as well as earlier positions at Progen Enterprises, Inc. and Barnett Bank. Anabel holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University, is certified as a State of Florida Notary, and has completed a certification in Safety on the Move.
