Thomas Hannett

Thomas Hannett is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in radio production and presentation. Currently serving as a Senior Network Producer at Global since April 2013, Thomas is responsible for recruiting and managing freelancers on the Capital team and leads demo production for emerging talent. Previous roles include Show Producer and Breakfast Show Producer for Capital North East, alongside various presenting duties. Thomas gained foundational experience at Spark Sunderland from April 2012 to May 2014, where roles included Radio Presenter, Executive Producer of Daytimes, and overseeing specialist shows. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production from the University of Sunderland, completed in 2014.
