Prior to this role, Karan has been self-employed as a consultant since April 2013. Notable previous positions include serving as a core team member at AKIVA, and leading special projects at Innov8 Coworking and Fresh Food Concepts Pvt. Ltd. Karan co-founded Chymey Teas and Kettle & Brew Beverages Pvt. Ltd., contributing significant entrepreneurial experience. Karan's earlier career includes consulting roles at Capgemini and Tech Mahindra, as well as serving as an R&D Technical Analyst at BMC Software. Academically, Karan holds a Bachelor of Technology from Nagpur University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
