Håkan Jonsson has extensive experience in the IT service management field, currently serving as the Head of Service Desk B2B and NOC Manager at GlobalConnect Sverige since February 2018. In addition to these roles, Håkan has also been a Board Member at Nackademin Yrkeshögskola since June 2009. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at DGC, where responsibilities encompassed managing service desks and network operations, as well as working as a consultant and support engineer. Håkan holds an ITIL v3 Expert certification and has furthered education in IT service management through multiple institutions.
