Jacob Järte

Jacob Järte has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jacob began their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2007, starting as an Inside Sales Representative and eventually progressing to roles such as Account Manager and Country Sales Operations Manager. During their time at Hewlett-Packard, they led a multi-cultural Matrix organization and had implementation responsibilities for Salesforce in Norway. In 2015, Jacob joined GlobalConnect as a Sales Operations Manager and subsequently took on various leadership positions including Head of Delivery Processes and Quality, Head of Business Change, Head of PMO Norway, and Head of Demand Management. Jacob'swork at GlobalConnect primarily focused on managing IT systems, driving digital transformation, and enabling business growth through innovative solutions.

Jacob Järte earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School, completing their studies between 2014 and 2022. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Half Double Practitioner from Implement Consulting Group in 2020, Half Double Foundation from APMG International in 2019, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in 2019, MoP Foundation from PeopleCert in 2018, and Prince 2 Foundation from PeopleCert in 2018.
