Maria Polteg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and solution support. Currently, as a Senior Manager and Head of Solution Support at GlobalConnect since October 2025, Maria leads initiatives to enhance service delivery. Previously, at Telia Company from September 2017 to September 2025, Maria held multiple roles, including Head of Customer Service Management, where oversight of a senior technical team ensured B2B contract compliance and continuous development. Maria also served as Head of Order and Delivery, coordinating a diverse team to guarantee high-quality services for operator customers.
