Caroline Vojdani

Caroline Vojdani has a strong background in customer success and marketing engagement. Caroline currently holds the position of Global Head of Customer Success & Marketing Engagement at GlobalData Plc, a role they have been in since October 2023. In this role, Caroline is responsible for overseeing a global team and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and revenue. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Customer Success at GlobalData Plc from October 2017 to September 2023.

Before joining GlobalData Plc, Caroline worked at CEB, now Gartner, for several years in various roles. Caroline started as a Senior Sales Associate in July 2007 and worked their way up to the position of Commercial Director, which they held from December 2013 to October 2017. During their time at CEB, they gained extensive experience in sales, revenue support, and leadership.

Caroline Vojdani obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Communications with a focus on social science perspectives including sociology, psychology, and linguistics from Newcastle University. In 2023, they received certification in "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" from LinkedIn.
