Gustav Ando

Gustav Ando has impressive work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Gustav started their career as an Analyst, Sr. Analyst, and Manager at WMRC/Global Insight in 2004. Gustav then joined IHS in 2007, where they held roles as Vice President and Director/Sr. Director until 2016. At IHS Markit, they served as the Vice President/Executive Director for Industry Services from 2016 to 2020, leading various industry capabilities across sectors. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Life Sciences, overseeing the transformational process of selling the Life Sciences group to GlobalData. Currently, Gustav is the Vice President & Managing Director at GlobalData Plc, where they spearheaded the sale and integration of the pharma intelligence business from IHS Markit, driving global client transition and commercial strategy. Gustav has extensive leadership experience in managing teams and generating value through mergers and acquisitions.
