Sara Girardello

Sara Girardello serves as the Head of Starch, Grains and Alternative Sweetener Research at GlobalData Plc and previously held the position of Head of Starch and Intense Sweetener Research at LMC International Ltd. Additionally, Sara has progressed through roles including Research Assistant, Research Economist, and Senior Economist at LMC International Ltd. Sara is pursuing two Master's Degrees, one in Applied Statistics from the University of Oxford and another in Horticulture from the University of Reading.
