Anupa Menon

Anupa Menon has several years of work experience in various HR roles. Anupa started their career as a Customer Service and Training Executive at Hutchisson Essar. After that, they took a personal sabbatical to enhance their skills and completed an MBA in HR while travelling to the USA with their spouse. Following their sabbatical, they worked as an Executive Manager at Economic Transport Organisation Limited. Anupa then moved on to ZapCom Group, where they worked as an HR Generalist. Later, they joined Accion Labs as a Manager HR, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Principal HRBP at GlobalFoundries.

Anupa Menon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The ICFAI University, Dehradun. Anupa also completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from careers For Financial and Management services between 2001 and 2004. Anupa attended Lok Puram Public School from 1990 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in 2022, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2021, and a DiSC Certification from Strengthscape in 2020.
