Frank Connard

Vice President, Corporate Finance at GlobalFoundries

Frank Connard has extensive finance and accounting experience, with a focus on leadership roles in various organizations. Frank joined GlobalFoundries in 2015 as Vice President, Treasury, and Chief Accounting Officer, where they secured over $1.5 billion of debt facilities and led corporate accounting and treasury functions. Frank later became Vice President, BU, Sales, and Investment Finance, where they built a new financial organization and implemented a disciplined approach to evaluating investments and profitability. Frank also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President, Finance at GlobalFoundries, leading financial performance, cost control, and business divestiture efforts. Prior to their role at GlobalFoundries, Connard worked at IBM, where they held various CFO positions in different divisions.

Frank Connard has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University. Frank also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
