Gaik Ni Esther Lim

Gaik Ni Esther Lim has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gaik Ni Esther started their career at Intel Corporation in 2004, where they worked as a Product Engineer for two years before moving on to become a Product Development Engineer. In this role, they defined new product test program roadmaps and led multiple parallel projects in test stage elimination, test time reduction, and yield improvement.

After Intel Corporation, Lim joined United Test Assembly Center UTAC in 2008 as a Test Product Engineer. Here, they were responsible for customer new product rollout projects and managed yield improvement projects.

In 2009, Lim joined Xilinx as a Product Engineer and later became a Business Manager (Pricing). In these roles, they managed pricing programs and multiple projects, collaborated with stakeholders, and provided expertise knowledge in program models and CRM systems. Gaik Ni Esther also initiated project quality control and monitoring tasks and identified risks and areas of improvement.

From 2016 to 2023, Lim worked at Qorvo, Inc. as a Pricing Manager. Gaik Ni Esther reviewed and approved market price escalations, analyzed pricing data, proposed price list changes, and released price lists to distributors and sales teams.

Lim's most recent role is as Principal Lead Pricing at GlobalFoundries, starting in 2023. Further details about this role are not provided.

Gaik Ni Esther Lim completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Murdoch University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Universiti Sains Malaysia between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2012.
