John Schmitz

John Schmitz has extensive experience in network administration, currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator and Senior Shift Manager at GlobalFoundries since May 2011. Prior to this role, John was a Network/Telcom Technician at Allied Telcom from May 1998 to May 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Security Operations from Champlain College (January 2019 - August 2021), a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a focus on General & Finance from the University at Albany (1994 - 1996), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College (1991 - 1994).
