Kamal Khouri

Kamal Khouri has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Kamal is currently the Vice President & General Manager of the Automotive Business Line at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President & General Manager, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at NXP Semiconductors from April 2017 to July 2020.

Before their time at NXP Semiconductors, Khouri worked at AMD, where they held various director-level positions. Kamal Khouri holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Princeton University, which they pursued from 1995 to 2000. Prior to their Ph.D., they earned their Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, studying from 1995 to 1997. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Bucknell University, where they earned a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering, graduating in 1995.
