Mandy Olivares Plante

Mandy Olivares Plante currently serves as the Sr Director of BI and Advanced Analytics Data Solutions at GlobalFoundries and is an active member of the AIM Leaders Council and the Data Analytics Advisory Board for Western Governors University. Prior to these roles, Mandy was the Sr Director for Data Science & Analytics at eBay, leading a global team to enhance customer experience analytics during the pandemic. Previous experience includes a decade at Dell as Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics, responsibility for building data solutions at Silicon Laboratories, and systems engineering at Electronic Data Systems, where Mandy contributed to groundbreaking healthcare data warehousing. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Science from St. Edward's University and additional certifications in innovative change leadership from Concordia University Irvine and the University of California, Berkeley.
