Osman Ahmed

Osman Ahmed is a seasoned program manager and engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in design enablement and technical program management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Design Enablement at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since July 2020, Osman previously held the position of Technical Program Manager at the same company, focusing on High Speed SerDes and memory PHY development in advanced technologies. Prior roles include Program Analyst positions at SAIC and Serco, where Osman supported US Federal Agencies, and a Design Enablement Engineer role at IBM, contributing to design libraries and verification processes. Osman began a career in systems analysis at Burlington Capital Markets Inc. and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont, along with a Bachelor's degree from The City College of New York.
