Ray-Ting Fan

As a Senior Vetting Associate, Ray evaluates nonprofit partners interested in joining the GlobalGiving community. Prior to GlobalGiving, Ray worked with INGOs, bilateral and multilateral donors, and local nonprofits operating in Southeast Asia to monitor and evaluate their international development programs. She holds a master’s degree in international public policy from UCL and a bachelor’s in international relations and psychology from Tufts University.
