Sophie Murray

Sophie evaluates and supports GlobalGiving’s aspiring nonprofit partners. Her professional aspirations surround the pursuit of socioeconomic equity, which manifests in this role through the meaningful review process that the vetting team oversees. She studied economics and mathematics at Stockton University before serving as a diversity and inclusion advocate for the Department of Education, which led to her transition into the DC area (and her transition into the nonprofit sector).
