Kinjal S.

Kinjal S. has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. They began their career as a Management Trainee at Gokul Refoils & Solvents Ltd, where they conducted research on the impact of OD interventions on employees. In 2013, Kinjal worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Universal Hunt, handling end-to-end recruitment processes for clients. Simultaneously, they also served as a Research Assistant at Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad, assisting faculty in research work and publishing research papers.

Since 2016, Kinjal has been associated with GlobalGyan Academy of Management Education. They initially joined as a Research Associate and later progressed through various roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager, and currently, Head of Content Development.

Kinjal S. obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor's degree from N R Institute of Business Administration, Ahmedabad. Additionally, Kinjal has obtained several certifications, including Articulate Storyline Essential Training, Leading When You're Not in Charge, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, and Work Health and Safety Awareness.
