Aideen O'Connor Aca

Aideen O'Connor, ACA, has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 with GECAS, where they completed an eight-month college placement. Aideen then worked as a Financial Administrator at Xerenet before joining Australian Pharmaceutical Industries as an Accounts Payable Assistant during a year-out in Australia. Aideen later completed their ACA professional accountancy training contract at J Donohoe Beverages, gaining valuable industry experience. Aideen then joined PCH International as a Financial Analyst, where they developed financial planning and analysis skills in a multicultural environment in Shenzhen, China. Following this, Aideen joined Pfizer, first as a Financial Analyst supporting multiple markets in the EMEA region and later as a Senior Financial Analyst. Currently, they serve as a Finance Manager, EMEA at Globalization Partners, where they enable companies to expand globally without the challenges of setting up local branch offices.

Aideen O'Connor, ACA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematical Sciences & Computing from the University of Limerick from 2002 to 2006. In 2015, they began pursuing Accountancy/Advanced Performance Management studies at Chartered Accountants Ireland. In 2018, they enrolled in the Technological University Dublin and completed a CPD Diploma in Global Business Services in 2019.
