Anh Ngoc Nguyen

Anh Ngoc Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anh Ngoc currently holds the position of Regional HR Specialist, APAC at Globalization Partners, where they oversee HR, tax, and legal matters for companies expanding globally. Prior to this, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), where they handled talent acquisition administration, process implementations, and employee relations. Anh Ngoc also served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the same company, managing online advertising and organizing career fairs. Anh Ngoc Nguyen gained experience in HR project management coordination at Samsung Electronics America. Anh Ngoc started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Corgan, where they sourced candidates, managed job postings, and assisted with onboarding. Anh Ngoc also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington and as a Human Resources Intern at Deloitte. Additionally, they gained customer service experience as a Guest Service Agent at Genesee Grande Hotel and as an F&B Office Trainee at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

Anh Ngoc Nguyen holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in March 2022.
