Ciara Milne (ECA)

Ciara Milne has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ciara is currently working as a Senior Growth Projects Specialist at Globalization Partners, where they are responsible for managing their global employment platform and facilitating remote team expansion. Prior to this, they worked at Global Shares as an Operations Team Lead, overseeing equity plan management, and as an Operations Analyst, managing client portfolios and providing training. Ciara also has experience as a Corporate Credit Management Agent at Capita Customer Solutions, where they maintained debtor ledgers and built customer relationships. Additionally, they worked as a Benthic Ecologist at SMART Sea School, providing training to students in marine research and ecology. Ciara began their career as a Senior Macrobenthic Taxonomist at MARINE ECOLOGICAL SURVEYS LIMITED, where they collected, processed, and identified macrobenthic invertebrates in various habitats.

Ciara Milne's education history begins in 2001 when they attended University College Cork. Ciara completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology in 2005. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Aberdeen from 2005 to 2009 to pursue studies in Marine Ecology; however, their degree name for this period is unknown. In 2018, they attended Santa Clara University and obtained the designation of Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) from The Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI). Lastly, in 2021, Ciara Milne completed a Project Management Certificate of Completion at Velopi Project Management Training and Consultancy Ireland.
