Clare Cooper

Clare Cooper has a comprehensive work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Customer Care Executive at Bemis Europe until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Regional Claims Manager at Quinn Direct Insurance. Following this, they held the position of Owner/Manager at Cowley Cooper Fine Art from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Project Liaison - Lumiere Festival (Consultant) at Artichoke Trust and as a Program Manager at The Cowley Gallery. Clare then joined Business in the Community Northern Ireland as a Facilitator - (Project Consultant) from April to June 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Business Systems Analyst (RPA Designer) at Pramerica. Starting in August 2016, they assumed the role of Business Analyst/Account Manager at Diamond Corrugated, where they worked until January 2022. Clare Cooper then joined NCC Group as a Product Manager from January 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Product Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners, starting in February 2023.

Clare Cooper's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (Ba Hons) degree in International Politics with Spanish from Ulster University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from the same institution. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Clare attended Letterkenny Institute of Technology, where they earned a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in I.T Business Systems Analysis and Design. In 1998 to 1999, they obtained a Certificate in I.T and Professional Development for Women from Ulster University.

As for certifications, Clare is a Certified Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF) obtained from ICAgile in May 2019. Additionally, they hold an ICAgile Certified Professional certification obtained in May 2018.

In the future, Clare plans to pursue an MA Module - TB801 Technology and Innovation Management from The Open University in 2023.
