Dorothy Ryan has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as the owner of Dotwebs Web Design & Development, where they provided bespoke web design and development solutions for various industries. Dorothy also managed business operations such as sales, client relationships, and invoicing. From 2013 to 2023, Dorothy held various roles such as Senior Product Designer at Ancestry.com, Lead UX/Interaction Designer at CR2, and Product Design Lead at Sage and Asavie. Their responsibilities included conducting user research, implementing lean UX practices, and mentoring UX Designers. Dorothy also worked as a Product Design Lead at Corvil, where they defined the product vision and facilitated Design Sprint Workshops. Dorothy had a partnership role as a Product Partner at Spark, where they managed client relationships and oversaw product solution development. Most recently, Dorothy worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at G-P/Globalization Partners.
