Emer Lombard

Emer Lombard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of Human Resources.

Starting in 2011, Emer worked as a Recruitment Officer and later as an Employee Relations Officer at the City of Stirling in Western Australia. In 2015, Emer joined HEINEKEN as a Human Resources Project Officer before moving on to work at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region.

In 2016, Emer joined Sanmina, where they initially served as an HR Generalist and later became an HR Business Partner. At Sanmina, Emer worked until 2022.

Currently, Emer is employed by G-P/Globalization Partners. Emer began their tenure as a People Team Generalist for the EMEA region and transitioned to the role of People Business Partner in 2023.

Emer Lombard completed a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick in 2010, majoring in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology.
