Jamie Thomas (Palmer)

Jamie (Palmer) Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources.

Starting in 1994, Jamie worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Mediq until 1997. Following that, Jamie joined Gatti & Associates as an Executive Recruiter, staying there until 2004. From 2005 to 2008, Jamie worked at Shawmut Design & Construction as a Senior Recruiter.

In 2008, Jamie founded Palmer Thomas Recruitment Partners, a national Recruitment & HR consultancy. As the President of the company, Jamie provided consulting services to high-growth companies on various HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives. Some of the notable client companies included AE Industrial Partners, LP, Astronics AeroSat, and Thomson Reuters. Jamie held this position until 2019.

In 2014, Jamie joined Invaluable as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Serving in this role for five years, Jamie played a vital role in managing the talent acquisition function on a global scale.
