John Louie Son has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. John Louie started their career at IBM in 2010, where they worked as the HR EDM Process Owner until 2012. John Louie then transitioned to the role of Service Manager at IBM, where they stayed until 2015. Following this, they joined GOLDEN ABC as an E-Commerce Lead from 2015 to 2017. Subsequently, they worked at MicroSourcing as an Account Manager from 2017 to 2021, managing several accounts and a team of 60-70 FTEs. Currently, they are working at G-P/Globalization Partners. John Louie started as an APAC Account Manager in 2021 and was promoted to the role of Sr. Customer Success Manager in 2023.
John Louie Son obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in various fields. In September 2012, they obtained a Yellow Belt 6-Sigma Certification from IBM. More recently, in April 2022, they completed the certification course for Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers from LinkedIn. John Louie also obtained certifications in Business Process Improvement, Customer Service Foundations, Empathy for Customer Service Professionals, and Writing Customer Service Emails, all from LinkedIn, in May 2022.
