Lauren Davis

Lauren Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lauren started their career in 2012 at Harvard Business School as a Contracted Faculty Assistant. Afterwards, they joined the MIT Technology Licensing Office where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Senior Patent Administration Coordinator. In 2016, they transitioned to G-P/Globalization Partners as a Global Client Services Associate. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Client Success Manager/Team Lead, Senior Manager of Global Operations, Director of Global Operations - Americas, and currently Senior Director of Customer Success. Their work at G-P/Globalization Partners involves assisting organizations in expanding internationally by providing compliant payroll services.

Lauren Davis obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Business Administration with a minor in German from Lebanon Valley College between the years 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they pursued studies in Business and International Relations at The University of Waikato during the year 2010.
