María Paula Hadechiny Castillo has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Starting in 2018, María worked at Coolechera as an Auxiliar de Abastecimiento y Transporte, where they were responsible for daily scheduling of contracted tankers, accounting for fuel supply, and monitoring performance indicators. María Paula later transitioned to the role of Asistente de Compras, managing the MM module of the SAP ERP system, tracking purchase orders, and establishing relationships with suppliers.

In 2019, María joined Lean Solutions Group, initially as a Logistics Coordinator, handling operational tasks. María Paula then advanced to the role of Sales Assistant/Customer Support Representative and later became an Account Supervisor, leading a team of Logistics Coordinators and monitoring key performance indicators. As an Account Manager/Customer Support Manager for Coyote Logistics, María recruited, trained, and coached a team of logistics coordinators from four divisions. María Paula also built strong relationships with stakeholders and ensured the timely delivery of service solutions.

María's most recent experience is with G-P/Globalization Partners, where they started as an Account Manager, supporting customers in their global expansion and providing a post-sales driven customer experience. Currently, María holds the position of a Customer Success Manager, responsible for onboarding, building relationships, and providing day-to-day support to customers. In this role, María educates decision-makers on how G-P solutions can help achieve their goals and drives product adoption through training and best practice sharing.
