Marisol Gonzalez Esq.

Marisol Gonzalez, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Marisol most recently worked at Globalization Partners as a Commercial Counsel II, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Legal Associate, Commercial Counsel from 2021 to 2022, where they drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts related to digital entertainment and advised on commercial partnerships. Marisol also served as a Contracts Attorney at Veritone, Inc. in 2020, where they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements.

Before that, Marisol worked at Endeavor Streaming (formerly NeuLion, Inc.) from 2017 to 2020. During their time there, they served as an Associate Counsel, where they handled commercial agreements related to technology and provided advice on marketing matters. Marisol also held the position of Contracts Manager, where they managed software license agreements and created contract policies and processes.

Marisol gained valuable internship experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment: Columbia Pictures in 2015, where they worked in the Legal & Business Affairs department. Prior to that, they were a Summer Associate at Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP in 2014. Marisol's earliest work experience was as a Legal Assistant at Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar from 2008 to 2012.

Marisol Gonzalez, Esq. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Spanish from Loyola Marymount University. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with honors, ranking in the top 30% of their class. Marisol also holds the California State Bar Admission certification, granted by the State Bar of California.
