Wendy Bliss

Wendy Bliss has a strong background in program management and has held various managerial positions throughout their career. Wendy is currently working as a Senior Principal Program Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ancestry from 2019 to February 2023, where they served as a Manager, Business Operations Program Management. Their responsibilities included managing a team of Senior Program Managers and leading the Family History Product Line. Wendy also worked at Autodesk from 2016 to 2018 as a Lead Technical Program Manager, focusing on delivering security solutions during the company's transition to the cloud. Additionally, they worked at HyTrust from 2013 to 2016 as a Program Manager, where they successfully delivered a two-year, $3M work program for government agencies. In this role, they negotiated requirements, designs, and schedules, and translated the work program from a waterfall SDLC to an internal Agile methodology.

Wendy Bliss obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Humboldt State University from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained their Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
