Kelvin Khoo

Kelvin is a corporate/business development executive with a successful track record of having negotiated and executed on over $7 billion of M&A transactions.

He was VP of Business Development at NetLogic Microsystems where he managed M&A, strategic investments and corporate strategy. He helped drive and execute on a successful growth strategy that contributed to NetLogic growing 5-fold in 6 years and led to its successful $3.7 billion sale to Broadcom in 2012. Kelvin subsequently led M&A activities for Broadcom’s PWI division.

Following Broadcom, Kelvin served as VP of Business Development at nusemi, which was successfully acquired by Cadence in 2017. He is currently SVP of Business Development at Diakopto. He has also served as an advisor or business development consultant at leading technology companies, including Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center, Graphcore, Accton, Kew Capital and several others.

He has an MSEE from the University of California, Berkeley and BSEE from Washington State University.
