Biju Varghese

Biju Varghese is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience in engineering leadership roles at GlobalLogic, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Biju drives digital transformation initiatives, fostering innovation and efficiency while building high-performing teams across multiple regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, and India. Prior to this, Biju held various leadership positions at GlobalLogic, including Associate Vice President and Director of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed executing large-scale digital transformation programs and implementing Agile methodologies. Biju's career also includes engineering management roles at BroadSoft and Sylantro Systems, as well as project leadership at Wipro Technologies. Biju holds an MCA in Computer Science from Goa University and an Executive Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with a BSC in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
