Lucila Diaz Spólita is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at GlobalLogic since January 2024, Lucila has held similar senior roles at FIS and Empirical LLC, as well as at FrontM. Prior experience includes freelance work as a UI/UX Designer and significant tenures at The UX Department and QuestionPro, where expertise encompassed UX/UI design and visual design. Lucila holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad del Norte 'Santo Tomás de Aquino.'
