Pasca Elena

Pasca Elena is a seasoned professional in people development and human resources, currently serving as a Specialist in People Development at GlobalLogic since August 2018. Responsibilities include supporting employees through various work-life stages, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, and providing guidance on performance reviews and labor laws. Pasca has also held roles as a psychologist at Centrul de Consiliere Student Expert, where the focus was on psychological counseling, and as an HR Administrator at USOURCE Technology. Prior experience includes assisting in HR functions at Smart Dental Care and MEV Software, along with volunteer work in mental health initiatives. Pasca holds a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, along with professional certification as a trainer.
