Shalini Jain

Shalini Jain is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Principal (Senior VP) of Human Resources at eClerx since September 2017, Shalini Jain previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for Tata Technologies from September 2008 to August 2017. Earlier career roles include Team Leader at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, HR Executive positions at Zensar Technologies and BMC Software, and a foundational role as an HR Executive. Shalini Jain holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics, both from Nagpur University, completing the MBA in 1999 and the BTech in 1997.
