Viktor Matusov

Viktor Matusov is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and delivering innovative solutions across various industries, including Energy, Construction, and Finance. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at GlobalLogic since February 2008, Viktor oversees a global engineering division of over 600 team members. Previous roles at GlobalLogic include Director of Engineering, Associate Engineering Director, and Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large portfolios and teams for diverse projects. Viktor's earlier experience includes project management positions at Validio Ukraine and TEAM International, where the focus was on developing e-commerce platforms and leading teams of software developers and testers. Viktor holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kharkiv Politechnic Institute."
